1. Use cone, triple race bearings to make sure the high quality and service life of the machine..
2. Firm gear cylinder structure can play perfect network reproducibility.
3. New ink fountain partition structure, easier to adjust the ink, reducing printing time and paper waste
4. None stop adjusting to left and right, up and down, make the register more easier.
5. Max. printing area is 310*350mm. Die cutting station, cold stamping and hot stamping can be optional.
6. Imported full pneumatic control of the pressure system, fully guarantees the reliability of the machine. It adapts second pressure method to close the pressure for printing after full balance of water and ink from the print cylinder and the blanket cylinder to reduce the printing wastage.
7. The intelligent control system and the touch control computer make the simpler operation and real-time display of various fault signals available, greatly reducing checking and repairing time
8. The whole control system adopts the latest famous Germany REXROTH microcomputer servo control and operation system, featuring stable and correct material pulling, free exchange of printing rollers and rapid, convenient and simple operation. Every machine unit is driven by independent servo motor and the whole machine adopts 15servo motors (six-color machines) in total, guaranteeing high precision overprinting in high speed rotation.
